CANCELLATION

You should contact us via email under apoioonline@notyetstore.com informing us of your withdrawal.You can cancel your order without any additional costs, if it has not yet been shipped. If your order is already in transit, you will have to bear with the shipping costs. The amount refunded will be the amount paid excluding shipping costs. The refund will be made within 3-5 days after the arrival of the canceled order to our facilities.

EXCHANGES/RETURNS

You have a period of maximum 30 days to perform a return/exchange.

You can return/exchange the item in the following situations:

By withdrawal

The customer may return the article, as long as it retains it’s original characteristics: labels, proof of purchase and without any trace of use.
Once the initial conditions have been confirmed, the customer will be refunded with the value of the item only.
By using ou courier company partner to proceed with the return, a value of € 3.99 will also be deducted relating to the collection expenses. This refund can be made by bank transfer or through a voucher that can be used in a next purchase.
If you reside on the Azores or Madeira islands you must send the article (s) in their original wrapping by registered mail.

Portugal and Spain Mainland
Has a pick up cost of € 3.99 regarding the articles.

Azores and Madeira

If you reside at Azores or Madeira islands you must send the article (s) in their original wrapping via registered mail.

Rest of the world

The shipping of the products can be performed by the customer, which in this case must be sent in the original wrapping.

If you want the collection to be made by our courier the cost of the collection will be equal to the value of the shipping costs and for countries outside the EU, the fee of €15 will be added to the value of the freight.


Swap by size / color or another article

    If you want to change the article for another size / color or for any other article you must inform inform us via email under apoioonline@notyetstore.com.
    In case of an exchange, this must be equal or greater than the initial stated order.

The pick up and the delivery of the new articles is done by a courier at the address our customers point out.

Portugal and Spain Mainland

The process of exchanging products has a cost of 7.98 € for the collection and delivery of the articles.

Azores and Madeira

If you reside at Azores or Madeira islands you must send the article (s) in their original wrapping via registered mail.

Rest of the world

If the product in question for exchange is shipped by the customer to our facilities, only the shipping of the new product will be charged.

In case of pick up and delivery by our courier, the cost will be twice the value of the shipping costs (for non-EU countries the fee of €15 will be added to the value of the freight).

As soon as the article(s) arrive(s), the replacement/exchange articles are sent out.

By defect of an article

    The customer should contact apoioonline@notyetstore.com informing them of the status of the product and its defects. The email should contain a photograph of the defected product so the complaint can be processed by our professionals.
    If the defect or non-conformity is confirmed, a replacement for the article is made without any additional transportation costs.
    In the event of a stock breach, the entire paid amount will be refunded. The refund can be made through bank transfer or as a voucher to use in a next purchase.

The item should be placed back into its original wrapping without any trace of use, its price tags
and the respective invoice or proof of purchase.

After reception of the articles, the replacement/exchange (except in case of withdrawal) and/or reimbursement of the amount to which the customer is entitled (if applicable) will be made as soon as possible.

A bank transfer or discount voucher for future purchases in the NOTYET online store with the total amount to be refunded can be made.

In case of bank transfer, an e-mail with bank details (NIB) must be sent to apoioonline@notyetstore.com, so that the bank transfer can be made.

The refund will be made within 3-5 days after the arrival of the returned goods to our facilities.
